Tisonke Contribution Groups
Tisonke is for the moments where a community pools — a wedding, a funeral, school fees, a rotating savings club. One administrator creates the group, activates each new member, and disburses funds to eligible recipients when the time comes. Every contribution is logged with an optional note and appears in a filterable transaction history visible to every member.
- ✓Create or join a Tisonke contribution group.
- ✓Approve member join requests.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Tisonke and Baobab?
Baobab is structured community savings with formal contribution rounds, member loans, and a two-admin minimum. Tisonke is simpler peer-pooling — one admin, voluntary contributions, payouts at the administrator's discretion. No loans, no formal rounds.
Who can start a Tisonke group?
Any Bevura user — a K20 creation fee applies, and you automatically become the group's first administrator. Invite members by sharing the unique group code.
How are pooled funds released?
By an administrator. The admin selects an eligible member (active in the group) and disburses from the group balance. Payouts are tracked separately from contributions — receiving a payout doesn't reduce your contribution record.
