Is every biller always available?
Almost always, but not guaranteed. Bevura enables billers centrally, so if one is temporarily offline it appears greyed out in the app with a note — no app update needed when it comes back.
Which providers are supported?
Six categories: Airtime, Electricity, Water, Cable TV (DStv, GOtv, TopStar), Internet Data, and e-Government services. Specific providers within each category are managed centrally and updated without an app release.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes — every bill payment generates a digital receipt in your Bevura transaction history.
What if a payment fails?
Failed payments are flagged in your transaction history with a clear status and funds are returned to your wallet. Receipts are generated for every successful payment.
